Gómez Barroso Abogados is a law firm located in the town of Elche, in the province of Alicante. With 30 years of professional experience, the multidisciplinary team currently making up the firm's staff is formed by two lawyers and one administrative assistant, supported on an as-needed basis by collaborating lawyers, in line with clients' requirements and with the aim of providing a quality service.
The human capital of this firm, through its effort, commitment and ongoing training, is fully qualified to provide proactive advice and, where appropriate, to litigate in defence of the interests of individuals and companies, whatever the judicial field or area of work (Civil, Commercial, Labour, Criminal or Administrative Litigation), which is possible thanks to the continuous training of each of the lawyers, their professional experience, and the timely collaboration of other colleagues on certain professional matters.
The professional expertise of Gómez Barroso Abogados therefore covers most branches of law, although professional practice and our clients' needs have led us to hyper-specialise in so-called “Tort Law” (civil liability arising from motor vehicle traffic, professional negligence, corporate malpractice, etc.), with particular attention to traffic accidents, workplace accidents and liability proceedings against public administrations — matters which, paradoxically, require the practising lawyer to have broad knowledge of all jurisdictions, as they often proceed in parallel through more than one legal channel. Insolvency proceedings for individuals (Second Chance Law), inheritance proceedings and cybercrime also receive dedicated attention and response at our firm.
